From Accra Mall to Tsopoli is 1 hour 30 minutes drive more or less ( depends on traffic situation )

From Central University, it should take about 15 minutes drive to Tsopoli junction then 27 minutes to The Terminal

Site visits are organized every Saturday except for unavoidable reasons on very rare occasions.

Vehicles are provided for site visits at no cost to clients.  Clients are entreated to join the bus. (If you have a special need, kindly call any of our Relationship Managers)

The meeting point for site visit is Accra Mall and Devtraco junction at Tema Community 25

The Terminal is designed as Serviced plots to have electricity, water, roads, drains.

60% initial deposit is required, followed by 40% within 2 months of the initial deposit ( if you have special need, pls speak to any of our Relationship Managers).

Lands at Agortor- Tsopoli are generally free from land guard menace so that is where we presently operate 

Land documents, ie. Barcoded site plan and Indenture are expected to be ready within 3 months maximum, after full payment.

The standard size of our land is 100ft x70ft  ( for other sizes, please speak to a Relationship Manager)

You can start construction right after full payment.

The land is not waterlogged. It is a beautiful plain, overlooking Shai hills
