Mr Richard Darko
Mr Richard Darko is the Chairman of the Board of CecilMorgan Heights Ltd.
He is an accountant by profession and a financial management consultant.
He has vast experience in Fund Management, investment portfolio management and core accounting and finance.
As a former Chief Executive Officer of the Students Loan Trust Fund and also of Fairnet Investment Company, he brings on board over 25 years of rich experience as Director of Finance; project accountant, management consulting, and investment portfolio management.
Mr Darko is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK; a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and a member of the Institute of Directors, Ghana.
Cecil Owusu Addo
Cecil Owusu Addo, is the Chief Executive Officer of CecilMorgan Heights Ltd.
He worked as Head of Corporate and Strategy at FCCL (a real estate company) for over nine years, and led countless strategic initiatives that boosted the corporate image of FCCL; increased client base and sales turn over exponentially.
He is Country Director of JEDE Associates, a consulting and management company based in UK.
Mr Owusu was resident in the UK for decades and worked with reputable companies such as Royal Mail, London Underground, Allied Carpets, UK, to mention a few.
He is well travelled, has an eye for aesthetics & details, and brings that finesse to bear on projects, processes and service delivery at CecilMorgan Heights Ltd
Morgan Kofi Asante-Larbi
Morgan Kofi Asante-Larbi is a Director at CecilMorgan Heights Ltd.
Kofi is a creative, performance-driven manager with over 20 years of experience in Governance and Project management. He held leadership roles in Crisis Management and various other projects.

He’s undertaken several projects, both locally and abroad, leading in technical , supervisory and project management capacities.
He holds a Masters in Quantity Survey from the Ghana Institute of Surveyors; MSc in Construction Management from KNUST and a BSc in Quantity Survey and Construction Economics also from KNUST
Rosemary Aryee (Ms)

She is a seasoned administrator with over 30 years’ experience in Corporate Administration, Human Resource Practice, Procurement Management, Communications and PR.
Her line of work over the years culminated in a rich experience in product development, process development and people development.
She has industry experience spanning the public service, private sector and international.She brings on board, international exposure to Service Delivery and Customer-driven solutions.
She is a product of London South Bank University, University of Cape Coast and a Graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, (GradICSA), UK.
